Hello! I'm Katie. My husband Jed and I have three children. Our oldest daughter is in 8th grade, our son is in 5th grade, and our youngest daughter is in 3rd grade. Katie is a freelance copywriter, marketing specialist, and children's book author.

Hi, I'm Katie Hassler and am the vice president and social chair for the PTO.
We have two daughters who are very active in Johnston activities. Kinzie is in 8th grade and Kayla is in 4th. I'm a Health Coach at Broadlawns!
Hi, I’m Carol, this is my second year serving as the Treasurer for the Lawson PTO! My husband, Clint, and I have two kids here at Lawson, Kellen who is in 6th grade and Ava who is in 4th grade. I graduated from Ankeny and went on to get my BBA from University of Iowa. I’m currently the Mortgage Operations Manager at Bank Iowa. I’m excited to get to know the staff and teachers as well as meet the families of Lawson. Wishing everyone a wonderful 2024-25 school year!

She is a speech-language pathologist and has lived in Johnston since 2009
